At PALEX MEDICAL, S.A.U., we recognise the importance of protecting your personal information and are committed to treating it responsibly and in accordance with data protection law.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to regulate all aspects relating to processing the data of the various users who browse the site or provide their personal data through the various forms available on the site.

Personal Data
Personal data is the information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. On the website, we collect the personal data provided by the user in the fields provided for this purpose: Full name, email, phone number, postal address, town/city, etc.

We collect and process the user's personal data in order to process and manage their application, query or any other request made through this form. We will keep this data for the time necessary to respond to the user's request and for the period required by law, with a minimum of 3 years.

The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by the user by ticking the box accepting our privacy policy before sending the request. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the prior consent.

• To facilitate the training and information of users registered on the Website and, where appropriate, to take the necessary steps to enable them to register for and attend or follow courses, conferences, events and any other training, social, informative and/or educational activities in which the user may be interested and which are offered through the site. We will keep this data for the duration of the training activity and for the period required by law, with a minimum of 3 years.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract to which the user is a party, i.e. the maintenance, fulfilment, development, monitoring and execution of the contractual relationship established.

• To manage the CV sent by the applicant via the form provided for this purpose and include it in the company's database of candidates. These data will be kept for a maximum of one year, after which time the data will be blocked for the time established by law, with a guarantee that confidentiality will be fully respected both in their processing and subsequent destruction.

The legal basis for the management and processing of the data subject's CV is their consent, which they give by performing the affirmative action of sending it and ticking the box to accept our privacy policy before sending it. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the prior consent.

·       To improve the user experience when browsing the website.  We will keep these data for as long as the user does not revoke their consent to their processing by deleting the cookies, for the period established by law and for a minimum of 3 years.

The legal basis for improving the website browsing experience is the consent given by the user when accepting cookies. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the prior consent.

·       To manage our social networks and send users information about our activities and products. We will keep these data for as long as the user does not revoke their consent to their processing and for the period established by law and for a minimum of 3 years.

The legal basis for managing our social networks and notifying users of our activities and new features is the consent given to us to do so. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the prior consent.

• Manage the sending of satisfaction surveys based on product or service purchases to improve our customers' experience on a daily basis. Personal data will be deleted at the end of the survey or after a reasonable period of time to make improvements, activate new services, and comply with applicable law.

The processing of the user's data is based on the legitimate interest to improve the quality of our services when the user has purchased goods and/or services. In the absence of such a contractual relationship, the data processing will be based on the user's consent in accordance with the regulations in force. Similarly, the withdrawal of the user's consent to any of the processing operations will not affect the lawfulness of the processing operations previously carried out.

Assignment or communication of personal data and international transfers:
The user’s data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, except in the case of a legal obligation, or to those service providers associated with the Controller who act as data processors.

In order for us to keep the personal data up to date, the user must always inform us of any change in said data; if this is not done, we cannot be liable for the veracity of the data.

All our forms have an asterisk (*) to indicate which details are compulsory. If the user does not complete these fields, or does not check the privacy policy box, the information will not be sent.

You have the right to access your data and to obtain confirmation of the processing of your data, as well as a copy of the personal data being processed. You have the right to update the data and request that any inaccuracies be corrected or deleted if the data is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may request that we restrict the processing of your data, object to the processing of your data by revoking your consent, and exercise your right to data portability.  You also have the right not to be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing of your personal data. Processing of the data of minors
Anyone who provides data through the forms on this website and consents to the processing of such data declares that they are at least 14 years old. Access to and use of the Site is prohibited to anyone under the age of 14. If, at any time, the Data Controller detects that a person younger than 14 years of age has provided personal data, we will cancel that data. In addition, parents or guardians may in any event write to PALEX MEDICAL, S.A.U. to block any access account created by minors in their charge who have registered by falsifying their identity.
